Welcome to the Hangtown Halloween Ball 2013 featuring three nights of Railroad Earth!

We are committed to creating a memorable experience for all of our friends and fans, but there are certain guidelines that must be abided by in order to ensure a fun and safe festival for everyone.

  • Absolutely NO PETS allowed on the festival grounds or parking lots (licensed ADA assistants excepted). This will be strictly enforced.
  • No fireworks.
  • No drum circles or amplified music from 11:00PM - 11:00AM.
  • No campfires or charcoal grills (cook stoves OK).
  • No cans, bottles or outside alcohol in the main venue area.
  • All personal possessions must be removed from the main venue after each night's performance.
  • No unauthorized vending - if you're not a registered vendor you cannot sell or distribute anything on the festival grounds.
  • Audience and radio taping only (no soundboard patches).
  • No video recording of any performances without prior written consent from the artist.
  • No motorized vehicles (golf carts, ATVs).
  • Festival goers must abide by all local, state, and federal laws. Your cooperation is essential to the festival's future.

Don't Forget to Bring!

  • Sleeping bag
  • Warm clothes (nights can be cool)
  • Rain gear (you never know!)
  • Flashlights
  • Sunscreen, hat, shades
  • Acoustic instruments for campsite jams
  • Water bottles
  • Plastic bags for trash and recycling
  • Festive clothing and fun costume wear. Its Halloween lets have some fun!!

There will be many food and beverage options on site.

Q. Is the venue handicap accessible?
A. Yes, most certainly and we will be more than happy to assist anyone with special needs.
Q. Is this a green event?
A. We are striving to be as conscious of our environment as possible. Recycling and compost bins will be available.
